I saw this illustration on pinterest and it made me think of a poem I wrote in grad school after having a dream about a high school crush and how, nearly 10 years later I was still building dreams about him even when I didn't want to be, and had moved on. Of course you don't have to write about sleeping dreams, you could write about someone you made waking dreams about. Go forth and write!
